Aurelia joined Cisco Systems in Belgium in 2010 as a Technical Services Manager, and became a Global Delivery Partner Manager in 2012, leading virtual global teams supporting all regions in Global TAC and Small Business which includes Delivery Partner Managers, Project Managers, Technical Leaders and Engineers, and she is responsible for managing the business relationship & the successful achievement of the Delivery Partner’s contractual goals set in line with Cisco Technical Support.

Prior to Cisco, she worked for MasterCard Worldwide in the U.S. in 2001 and then relocated to Belgium with them in 2004. She held multiple leadership roles at MasterCard, managing global Customer Operations teams in Europe, Middle East & Asia, and leading the implementation of the team’s first-ever offshore delivery model.

She is very involved in Inclusion & Diversity/Collaboration, specifically targeted around Women in STEM and Leadership roles, both internally and externally to Cisco. She is an Advisory Board Member and active Project Leader, for Greenlight for Girls, an NGO with the mission of encouraging and inspiring girls of all ages and backgrounds in pursuing advanced studies in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) subjects. She is also an I&C Lead & Ambassador responsible for driving the Global TAC & TSPM I&C initiatives in the organization, and active in many Cisco Employee Resource Organizations. She is passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a Cisco Belgium “Giving Back Ambassador”, and about social media, as a Cisco EMEAR Social Brand Ambassador.

She holds triple BSBA degree in International Business, International Relations, and French and from St. Louis University, and a Masters of Science in Management (MSM), with a Certificate in Human Resources, from Boston University.

She’s a mother of two, an avid traveller, a lover of cultures and languages, a foodie and a runner…and working on finding that perfect “work-life integration”. The quote she lives by: "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."
