Arik Elberse is the Global Director and Industry Principal for Cisco IoT Smart Cities Solutions. He is responsible for leading end-to-end, innovative and flexible Smart Cities and Connected Roadways solutions with Cisco’s market leading Intent-Based Networking, IoT Networking, Cisco Kinetic for Cities platform, and a broad selection of ecosystem partners.
Arik’s previous Cisco responsibilities have included Director of Collaboration Systems, Solutions Engineering and Architecture; and Director of Product Management for Video and Desktop Unified Communications. He has over 25 years’ experience in ICT, and prior to joining Cisco in early 2007, he held a variety of senior positions including CTO for Contact Center and Multimedia Applications with Nortel (now Avaya).
