Engineering Change Management GPO
I was hired by Cisco in 1999, now in my 17th year in Product Operations. I currently manage a team of 14 change analysts in Bangalore and am otherwise the Global Business Process owner for engineering change management at Cisco, and the Cisco PLM business lead.
Previously I had worked at everything from pre-press, for Tribune Newspapers, to delivering steel in Mesa AZ.
I attended school at Sonoma State University and have a Configuration Management II (CMII) Certification from Arizona State University, and am working toward my PMI Program Management Certification.
Outside of the office I enjoy cycling, kayaking, photography and am learning to scuba dive for my honeymoon trip to Tonga this September.
