Global Service Provider - Asia Pacific & Japan

Andrew serves in a Sales leadership role, responsible for Cisco’s Management and Orchestration software portfolio for Asia Pacific and Japan. This role involves defining and executing Cisco’s go-to-market strategy through close collaboration with Product Business Units, Field Sales and Service Delivery teams to accelerate the sale of Cisco’s Management and Orchestration software solutions. These software solutions are deeply embedded in Cisco’s NFV/SDN and Cloud strategic initiatives; enabling Cisco customers to automate and scale innovative services delivered through virtualised networking and compute platforms.

Andrew also serves as a member of the Cisco’s APJ Global Service Provider Board. Prior to this, Andrew was Director for Cisco’s Service Provider, Data Centre and Cloud business across Asia Pacific, Japan and Greater China, where he achieved significant revenue and market share growth. This was achieved by working closely with an ecosystem of partners to bring innovative solutions and business models to Cisco’s Service Provider customers, that helped them to monetise the significant Cloud market opportunity; as well as delivering solutions that significantly reduce the cost of operation and drive efficiencies across Service Provider’s IT and Data Centre environments.

In his thirteen years at Cisco, Andrew was the Client Director for the SingTel-Optus line of business. He also led the Australia and New Zealand Service Provider and Cloud business unit, with overall responsibility for sales operations.

Before joining Cisco, Andrew held channel, sales and management roles at Lucent and Nortel Networks in Australia.
