Andres Sarmiento

Andres is a young engineer who started his career in IT as a Help Desk technician more than 10 years ago. His passion for technology led him to focus on Microsoft and Cisco technologies. Andres started with Routing and Switching, then moved into Security, Wireless, and Data Center, with a specialization in Unified Communications and Collaboration. Andres has deployed and maintained multiple Small Business and Enterprise networks and Unified Communications Solutions, ranging from full integration UC infrastructure to Collaboration and Contact Center deployments. Andres has also succeeded in deploying full integrated solutions by using the Cisco life cycle method PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate and Optimize).
